Glass & Glazing

From our own Glass shop located in Gravesend we are able to supply various types of Glass for you to take away.

Misted Unit Replacement

You do not need to replace the whole window frame when something goes wrong. The glass unit for each window can easily be changed saving you time and money.

When double glazed units become misted up or foggy, a popular misconception is that the whole window, including the frames need to be replaced. 99% of the time the double glazed units can be replaced at a fraction of the cost.

Fire Resistant Glazing

Fire and its effects can be catastrophic for both life and property.

It is therefore critically important that the specification, selection, and installation of fire resistant glazing are all carried out correctly and to a high standard.

Our products span the standard range of 30 to 120 minute test times. Even 180 minutes can be achieved according to either BS 476-22, BS EN 1364-1 or BS EN 1634-1.

Our fire resistant glass is only part of a fire resistant glazed system – which includes the glass, the glazing seal, beads, fixings and frame. All the essential components of such a system are compatible under fire conditions, and the performance is referenced to appropriate and relevant test evidence.
